INGREDIENTS:
*1 cup cooked rice
*1 pound ground turkey
*1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
*2-3 green chilies, diced
*salsa
*cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS:
Brown turkey. Add tomato sauce and diced chilies. Add salsa until sauce begins to thin. Combine with rice. Top with shredded cheese. Serve with lightly fried corn tortillas.

I had to laugh cuz your recipe is one I use nearly weekly! I find with a few reliable staples in the house, I can make a great GF meal anytime. Found you on Follow Me Friday.
